Pat Fagan

Pat Fagan is a highly respected figure in the world of baseball, known for his passion, expertise, and dedication to developing young talent. His journey in baseball began as a player, but it was his transition to coaching that truly defined his legacy. In 1999, Fagan became an integral part of the Bandits, a travel baseball program, where he collaborated with Mark Holtzman to transform it into a nationally acclaimed organization. Together, they built a program renowned for its ability to prepare players for collegiate and professional careers.
Fagan’s coaching career spans high school, collegiate, and professional levels, earning him recognition as an exceptional hitting instructor and in-game manager. His ability to nurture talent and develop players has been a hallmark of his career. Before joining the Bandits, Fagan made a significant impact with the Clifton Canes in New Jersey, where he successfully guided numerous players toward achieving their baseball aspirations.
Coach Fagan’s partnership with Mark Holtzman was born out of the success of his travel program, and together, they have continued to shape the future stars of baseball. Fagan’s commitment to upholding the Bandit tradition and his unwavering dedication to player development have solidified his reputation as one of the most influential coaches in the travel baseball community. His work continues to inspire young athletes, helping them reach their full potential and achieve success at the highest levels of the game.

Argenis Diaz

Signed by the Boston Red Sox organization in July 2003 as an international free agent. On July 22, 2009, I got traded along with Hunter Strickland to the Pittsburgh Pirates for first baseman Adam LaRoche on April 21, 2010, I made my MBL debut.
I had the privilege to play with some others great organizations during my minor league career (MiLB) like the Detroit tigers , Cincinnati Reds , Minnesota Twins and Arizona D-backs Played in the winter league in Venezuela for many years were i was part of 3 Championship , 1 ( Tigres de Aragua ) 2 ( Navegantes del Magallanes )
Retired at the end of 2017 and begin my career as a MiLB coach with the Pittsburgh Pirates where I helped many young players like Oneil Cruz , Rodolfo Castro and many others during my 3 years with the organization.
During Covid-19 I started my on program name ( 5pro Baseball Training ) which is a Home School Baseball program were young athletes have the opportunity to spend more time on the field and out of trouble giving the parents the peace of mind that they are in a safe environment.

Marteese Robinson

With over 30 years of experience in baseball, including 18 years in professional baseball as a scout and front office leader, I bring extensive knowledge in team management, practice management, game-time decision making, defensive coaching, and specialized training in hitting and pitching. My background includes individual coaching for players at various levels, from Little League to university athletes, focusing on outfield play, hitting, and pitching. Additionally, I have developed a comprehensive hitting training program designed for
high school, college, and aspiring professional players. Currently, I work at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
Early Career and College Achievements:
l attended Seton Hall University on a baseball scholarship from 1984 to 1987, where I played under Newark, New Jersey Athletic Hall of Famer Coach Mike Sheppard. In 1987, I led the nation with a 529 batting average, earing co-College Player of the Year honors with Robin Ventura, the Big East Championship, and All-American recognition. My college journey, alongside players such as Craig Biggio, Mo Vaughn, and John Valentin, is documented in the book “The Hit Men and the Kid Who Batted Ninth” by David Siroty. I was selected in the 6th round of the 1987 Amateur Draft by the Oakland Athletics.
Professional Baseball and Scouting Career:
After four seasons with the Oakland Athletics, I retired from professional play in 1991. From 1992 to 1998, I served as a police officer in Scottsdale, Arizona, before transitioning to a scouting career. I began as an area scout with the Toronto Blue Jays (1999-2000) and later became the Director of Professional Scouting for the St. Louis Cardinals from 2001 to 2007. In this role, I managed the team’s professional scouting staff and advanced scouting efforts, contributing to the Cardinals’ success as the 2004 National League Champions and 2006 World Series Champions. My scouting journey also includes serving as the East Coast Cross Checker for the Washington Nationals.
Coaching Experience:
My passion for developing young talent extended to coaching at the high school level, where I spent four seasons as the Head Freshman Baseball Coach for Campo Verde High School in Gilbert, Arizona. Currently. I serve as the Assistant Coach at Morristown Beard School, where I support the program in training and mentoring players.
